SOLO PARENTS MINISTRY PARRAMATTA DIOCESE

The Coordinator for the Solo Parent Ministry for the Parramatta Diocese is Sr Eileen Quade rsm, who is also a qualified and experienced Counsellor.

The Ministry offers a range of Programs and Seminars which assist people in dealing with their experiences of change, loss and grief following the death, or separation and divorce of their partner or spouse.

The Ministry produces a quarterly Newsletter. The Newsletter includes a number of articles suitable for single parents and for those who are grieving their loss; it also contains details of the Ministry’s educational programs and social activities.

The Coordinator is available for free face-to-face and telephone counselling and for pastoral visits in homes.
